Everything you need to know about voting on Tshogyen.com
Pick a show from the home page, find your favorite candidate, choose Bhutan or Abroad, enter the amount you'd like to pay, and tap Vote. Bhutan voters are redirected to RMA's secure BFS payment gateway; international voters are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout to complete the payment.
Each show sets its own rate — you'll always see it printed on the candidate's card (e.g. "Nu. 20 = 1 vote") before you pay, so the conversion is never a surprise.
If you're voting from Bhutan, payments are processed through RMA Bhutan's BFS (Bank Financial Switch) gateway — local bank accounts and cards, in Ngultrum. If you're voting from abroad, payments are processed through Stripe in AUD — cards worldwide, plus Apple Pay / Google Pay where your browser or device supports them. We never see or store your banking or card details — see our Privacy Policy for details.
No. Once a vote payment is confirmed, it is final and non-refundable, same as any live voting/competition platform. See our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions (duplicate charges, technical errors).
This is rare, but if it happens, contact the show organizer with your voting ID and payment reference so they can verify and correct it.
