Tshogyen.com is a paid fan-voting platform: event organizers list shows and candidates, and the public casts votes by paying an amount that converts into votes at a rate set by the organizer for that show. Voting outcomes are determined solely by the votes purchased — this is not a lottery, raffle, or game of chance.
You must be able to enter into a binding payment transaction to vote (e.g. hold or have permission to use the card or account used for payment). Votes cast using payment details you are not authorized to use may be reversed and the voter blocked.
Domestic (Nu.) payments are processed by RMA Bhutan's BFS gateway; international (AUD) payments are processed by Stripe. Once a payment is confirmed, the corresponding votes are recorded immediately and the transaction is final. See our Refund Policy for details.
Show organizers set their own rate-per-vote and any maximum amount per transaction; these are shown on the candidate card before you pay.
Event organizers are responsible for their show's rules, schedule, and announced results. Tshogyen.com provides the voting and payment infrastructure but is not responsible for an organizer's decisions about how a show is run or judged.
You may not attempt to manipulate vote counts outside of legitimate paid votes, interfere with the platform's operation, or use the payment flow for anything other than casting a genuine vote.
Tshogyen.com is provided "as is." We aim for accurate, reliable vote counting but are not liable for losses arising from event cancellation, postponement, or changes made by the organizer, beyond correcting genuine payment/vote-recording errors as described in our Refund Policy.
