All vote payments are final

A vote is delivered the moment your payment is confirmed — it is recorded against your chosen candidate immediately, the same way a live call-in or SMS vote works. Because the vote is fulfilled instantly, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a payment is confirmed, including if:

• you change your mind about who you voted for,
• the event, round, or show is later cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled by the organizer,
• or a candidate you voted for is disqualified after your vote was cast.

Exceptions — genuine payment errors

We will investigate and correct, where verified, the following:

• you were charged more than once for the same intended vote (duplicate charge),
• your payment succeeded but no vote was recorded due to a technical error on our end,
• you were charged an amount different from what you confirmed on screen.

To report one of these, contact us with your Voting ID and payment reference (transaction ID / order number shown after payment) via Duh-Nxt. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges are corrected by reversing the extra charge or crediting the missing votes, at our discretion.

Payment processors

Domestic (Nu.) payments are processed by RMA Bhutan's BFS gateway and international (AUD) payments by Stripe. Any refund we approve is issued back to the original payment method through the same processor.
